Job Purpose

The Security Governance Analyst is responsible for leading the identification, development and reporting of key information and cyber security metrics for operational and executive audiences in line with our internal risk appetite, external regulatory standards and industry good practice. In addition, this role will provide management and process support to the Security Governance team with wider responsibilities that cover policy and control management; security communications, awareness and training and security programme governance. As such, this position offers an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to break into, or further their career, in information and cyber security or technology risk management.

This role is part of a global team of information security professionals that deliver in-depth information and cyber security services for our most critical applications and infrastructure to ensure that they are highly resilient against existing and emerging cyber security threats. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with colleagues in the Global Information Security team and technology and business stakeholders to support the information security governance reporting framework including creation, maintenance and delivery of periodic management information reports, regional and global Boards of Directors reports, and Risk Reports.
  • Manage and align reporting capabilities across varying requirements ensuring consistency and relevance to the audience, while maintaining common reportable elements to reduce overhead in the maintenance and management of reporting obligations.
  • Support the Global Information Security team in the continuous improvement of governance reporting processes, recommending, collecting and implementing additional reporting metrics and furthering analytics capabilities using industry best practices.
