You will be supporting NIWC Pacific’s Code 8.2 IT Management Division. Support will be focused on NIWC Pacific’s RDT&E Network

Your work will involve collecting and analyzing cybersecurity and network data relating to control systems to identify potential system deficiencies and vulnerabilities to all threats and hazards.

To Qualify:

  • DOD Secret Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+CE
  • Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include:
  • Policy Development and enforcement
  • eMASS package development
  • Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes
  • Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and Computer Task Order (CTO) process and reporting
  • Testing and analysis of IA controls and secure configuration using the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
  • Analyzing system configuration per DISA STIG using STIGviewer, SCC, and OpenSCAP
  • Demonstrated knowledge of RMF National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST)

Education Requirements

Must meet one of these three different levels:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in (STEM), or an Information Technology (IT) related field from accredited college/university AND four (4) years of relevant work experience
  • Associate's Degree in an Information Technology (IT) related field AND four (4) years of relevant work experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent AND six (6) years of relevant work experience
